妈妈の午餐肉炒饭
材料: 小江鱼,午餐肉(切丁),洋葱(切丁),蛋,白饭
STEP 1: 热油,煎小江鱼,拿起放边
STEP 2: 热油,煎洋葱。再放入午餐肉去煎,拿起放边
STEP 3:放入白饭,稍微stir。。。撒上一些些的盐巴,继续炒
STEP 4:把炒着的饭推开一边,加入蛋,加入酱青,快炒 30秒
STEP 5:30秒后把江鱼,午餐肉和洋葱加入即可
